Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the CleanEazy service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Cleaners must additionally complete identity and background verification as required.
3. The marketplace
CleanEazy is a technology platform that matches customers with independent professional cleaners. Cleaners are not employees of CleanEazy; they are independent contractors. We do not perform cleaning services ourselves.
4. Bookings payments
- Prices are shown before payment and include applicable platform fees.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By booking, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
- Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled time may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.
- Refunds for legitimate service issues are issued within 5 business days.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Glam Clean (themed services)
- Glam Clean is a cleaning service performed in a themed outfit chosen by the customer (Classic Maid, French Maid, Butler, Bombshell, Beach, Pinup).
- It is strictly cleaning. No physical contact, sexual acts, or explicit content is offered or expected.
- Cleaners may decline, pause, or end any job at any time without penalty.
- Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or boundary-crossing requests result in immediate ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
7. Body-cam recordings
Cleaners are encouraged to record body-cam footage during each job for safety and accountability. By booking, you consent to being recorded in the service area. Recordings are retained for up to 90 days. Misuse of recordings (e.g., publishing them) is strictly prohibited.
8. Customer obligations
- Provide a safe, accessible environment for the cleaner.
- Disclose pets, hazards, or special access requirements before the job.
- Treat cleaners with respect at all times.
- Do not request services outside the scope of the booking.
9. Cleaner obligations
- Show up on time, perform the booked service professionally, and adhere to safety practices.
- Maintain valid identification and complete background checks where required.
- Do not solicit clients off-platform; doing so is grounds for immediate removal.
- Comply with all applicable tax, labor, and licensing laws.
10. Prohibited conduct
Harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, fraud, sharing of explicit content, off-platform payments, or impersonation result in account termination and may be reported.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. CleanEazy is not liable for the actions of independent cleaners or customers. Use at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the disputed booking.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CleanEazy harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. Where applicable, Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.
